My bsc is missing

my bsc is missing after i’m trying to swap busd to $ATOM i lost $592 it said nonce is too low and then it’s all missing. WHAT SHOULD I DO

so i was gonna try to swap some of my coins, it was succesfull at first then after the 3rd attempts it says i had nonce too low (?) and all my coins converted to bsc and ij just few secs all my bsc ended up dissapeared. pls let me know what to do

Did you authorize that transaction?
