I transferred the matic and xrp currency from the exchange wallet to my trust wallet, but it has not been deposited here yet.

For Matic, you received Native Matic token. To view it tap on top right corner and search Polygon then switch on Polygon MATIC manually. This guide can help too: How to Add or Remove a Coin

You already received your funds and currently are in your wallet. Send screenshot of the current XRP displaying balance. (Tap on XRP and send screenshot).
