I swapped Busd to satoz connect to my trust wallet use pancakeswap and transaction success but I don’t see my satoz in trust wallet received then i used another wallet and swap again then still can’t receive those crypto into my Satozhi which i already added custom address to my trust wall. Please have a look snapshot in attached file.

Can you send here the exact link you used during swapping and screenshot of the DApp too.
I used from chrome app of IOS on my iPhone access to pancakeswap.finance and connected to my trust wallet as well so how come it redirect to other address. Anyway I did connected to my another Binance trust wallet and swap again then I got the same problem

Go back to the browsing history and paste the exact link you used.

Anyway, I can swap successful from USDT with the same pancakeswap site.

Anyway, I access to pancakeswap from source taken so I don’t think it is wrong site and it is not just the first time that I do swap this.
That’s a fake site. You have to check the site first before interacting with.
The correct PancakeSwap site link is: https://pancakeswap.finance/
If so then that’s mean I had lost all of my crypto ? Do you have way to get it back ?
@Sovicheth unfortunately, nothing can be done to reverse transaction. You may consider it lost. Be careful next time double check the site before connecting your wallet to.
