My funds disappear after I got a new phone!

Hey, I have seen a LOT of posts like this, and it happens to me too.
I had some XLM on trust wallet on my older phone and when I log in on my new one it shows 0 funds and 0 transactions.
I have the one and only correct secret phrase, the only one I used and it’s the only trust wallet account I have.
I want to know why it shows 0 and why so many people have the same issue and how to recover my funds.
I have deleted the app and reinstall, update and all this stuff.

@Yayaya Please try this:

Go into “Settings” → Preferences → Node Settings → search “Stellar” → Toggle off “Automatic Mode” → then switch between “Node 1 or Node 2”, refresh your wallet and see if your balance is updated.

Thank you, will try it on the new phone and let you know if it worked.
I still have the older phone but it’s showing 0 funds too

Still shows 0 funds, I tried on a multi coin wallet and on a stellar wallet.
Idk if it’s important but the XLM is from some kind of airdrop from binance or blockchain . com I can’t remember exactly

@Yayaya Can you check the explorer to see if you have the tokens on your address.

If I copy the address it doesn’t show any transaction, idk what to do more

When ever I try to withdraw on the DApp coinblue website it’s says abnormal account withdrawal what do I do pls I really need my funds to sort out some thing pls

@David152 That does sound like a scam, please do your due diligence on that website.

I don’t understand I traded on the website and now I want to move my funds to my wallet and it’s wouldn’t work out

@David152 Like I said, that’s most likely a scam website and hence why you are getting that.
