My metahero coins did not appear

Hi this is urgent. My metahero coins did not appear after i transfer from kucoin. Kucoin state that the transaction was completed. Thank u!!

Your transaction hash shows a failed swap while the receiving address shows no history of sent or received tokens.
Are you giving a wrong receiving address?

Hello @Luqy this transaction failed and reverted. You have to contact KuCoin support for this issue.

You can check on explorer and see.
