My transaction was sucessful but the receiver doesn't receive the coin

Hi there,
I had a transaction hash # 0c63fb6f6a32fa5c73fa6adf5b57a359111f4295662f464b27b63547baaa0635
It was complete and successful on my end, but the receiver didn’t receive the coin.

Please help me how to retrieve the fund or make the fund credit to the receiver address.

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)
  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

My app is in Vietnamese, so the screen shoot will be in vietnamese. if you need in english, I can do it again. I tried to attach the jpeg file but it doesn’t allow me so i share the link of the picture. I can’t attach the full link, so I delete the first letter “h” of the link.

  4. I had this transaction showing successful, transfer usdt trx 20 from one wallet add to my wallet address both address is using trust wallet.
    However the coin didn’t credit into my wallet address.

  5. I had attach the screen shoot of the sender wallet, showed it was successful on that end.

Hello @Cuongdo we can’t do nothing about it, the sender sent the money to the wrong address.
