My xrp disappeared from wallet

Hi
I bought xrp and didnt receive in wallet
I chech all transaction hash and my wallet receiver address many times and it was all correct and successful
I also send many mails to trust wallet communti and finally re import wallet but all of my xrps disappeard.
Now i have zero xrp

Please help me to bring them backk.

Hello @Parsa4 To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Could you please check and help me to bring them back?

I do everything that i think its help me but not worked!
I re import ,re install, use vpn …why its not available in my wallet ,i need my funds please help me.please.
