You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

Your device is corrupted with malware;

Someone had physical access to your device;

You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

You transacted with a malicious DApp.
Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

I had a successful transaction, and I saw coins in my wallet, but suddenly as I watched they turned to zero !!! I also saw the transaction on the pococoin app as well as on the BSC Scan ! I also have a neat transaction recorded in the pancake transaction history

I also see transaction when I click on BNB (smart chain ) ,but not on coin that I bought ( no transaction )
On BSCScan , when I put my wallet address I see all my coins , also this one that I ‘lost’ in Trust wallet , ( on bscscan is all ok , purchased coins are visible, exact amount
