I have problem with my account I didn’t do anything but bow when I want to withdraw my XRP it says error master key what I have to do?

@Majidsadeghi Your 12 words are your secret phrase and you can import your wallet with it.

@Majidsadeghi That wallet most likely belongs to someone else if you’re seeing such error message since that indicates basically a multi sig authorization is needed.
