I sent GTO from my Binance account to a desktop Trust wallet but it only had a BNB address. Both addresses started out with a bnb address. Withdrew the GTO from Binance since they are closing accounts to US citizens to the only wallet that will accept GTO tokens. But they never arrived. I do know the txid specifics of the blockchain where it is sitting. How do I get it to my Trust wallet?

Are you sure you sent it to a “desktop” software of Trust Wallet? Please be informed that there is no desktop version of the Trust Wallet app. Fake/clone apps will likely steal your crypto assets.
I withdrew GTO from my Binance account which is closing to US account holders to my Trust wallet but it has not appeared there. The wallet is a desktop wallet that lists BNB as the destination coin but nothing has appeared.
