Yes i know. And i am patiënt.
What happens is the following:
i opened a ticket
trustwallet sends a mail saying they made the ticket, and that i have to reply the mail with all the necessary info
i reply the mail with the info
after a few days i get a reply to that mail from, i think, a bot. Saying i didn’t provide info and that i need to reply the mail if i still needed help.
But i did reply
so i send a new reply
after a few days i get an answer saying they never got an answer and closes the ticket
Thus happened twice now.
But i did answer everytime and never got an answer.
And i have an issue and wrote it all. And i need help.
But i am afraid my reply mail will not be read and i will get a reply saying i didn’t reply and i will not get the help i urgently need.
I hope you see the problem.
So i am patiënt but it seems noone is picking it up and i don’t get the help i need.
And a bot answers and closes the ticket
Sorry for misunderstandings. But its all a blur and a whole new world for me. And i am Dutch and not so young anymore.
What i also see when i click on Tether USDT and look at the contract security that there is the following warning: " Hidden mint functions may increase the amount of tokens in circulation and effect the price of the token"
