New iOS Download Temporarily Unavailable on App Store

The Trust Wallet iOS app became unavailable on the Apple App Store on March 21, 2022 at 1pm PST. Our team was instantly alerted and we’re working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We have confidence that this issue will be resolved in a timely manner.

Your funds are unaffected as your assets are all stored on-chain and you have full control of your recovery phrase and private keys. Thanks, decentralization!

For iOS users that already have the Trust Wallet app installed, you will temporarily be unable to update or reinstall the app as we work through this issue. New users will be unable to download the iOS app. Android users are unaffected.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We will continue to keep our community updated on the situation.

Hi Trust Wallet users -

We just wanted to give you a quick update on the Trust Wallet iOS app store issue.

First off, please be assured that your funds are safe. The current situation has nothing to do with Trust Wallet or your funds. We’re still working with Apple to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you have the Trust Wallet app on your phone already there is no problem. It only impacts those users who need to reinstall or download the app on an Apple device. As before, Android users are unaffected.

Stay tuned for further updates. Thank you for your continued patience.
