Newbie question regarding withdrawing/depositing

Hi guys, I’m a newbie here who just found out my country is going to ban Binance. I have decided to withdraw my coins from Binance to Trust Wallet temporarily. I have successfully withdrew some ETH tokens to my Trust Wallet via the BEP20 network (to avoid ERC-20 network fees) and it does show up in my Trust Wallet successfully. I’m just wondering if I am able to withdraw these ETH tokens from my Trust Wallet to other exchanges in the future via the BEP20 network to be traded? Or is the BEP20 network only supported in Binance (since its called Binance Smart Chain)?

Thank you guys and appreciate any other suggestions too. I would like to avoid the ERC-20 network due to the fees.

I know there is https://www.mexc.com/ that supports every network and i use it for swapping between networks
alternativs: you can use nerv bridge dapp for swapping to solana and use https://ftx.com/
or you can use https://multichain.xyz/ and swap to polygon network and all of them are cheap.
swapping and transfariing shouldnt be more than 1 $
