The user transferred NFT from Refinable to Trust Wallet but it is not appearing under “Collectibles” also it seems like submitting a ticket is not working, the Captcha verification fails always.

I’m here for the same reason. I had one and I could see it fine. I bought more and more it can be seen on opensea but not directly in my wallet.

Your NFT is in your wallet, can you try reimporting your wallet and ensure you have the latest app version.
I’m having the same problem. It just disappeared from the wall. I can still see it in openseea and ethscan.
