Not received amount in my crypto.com account

I wanted to transfer my (Ethernum Meta) ETHM from my trust wallet to my crypto.com into USDC over the BSC network. I have not received it yet.

Did you confirm first if crypto.com supports ETHM deposits ?

I have sent it over to USDC coin over BSC network. I was just trying to convert the ETHM to USDC in order to deposit it bank account.

Yes I did send my ETHM to a USDC crypto.com address

@Aryaahang Please contact the customer support of crypto.com so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
