I transferred 7335 USDT on TRC20 from my trust wallet to my friend’s trust wallet. It showed the transfer is done successfully and i sent hash and wallet address to support and it said it is done but never received in wallet. what should i do?

@Sara1663 The blockchain explorer shows the wallet received already.
You can suggest they reimport their wallet or add TRC20 USDT to their wallet if not already added.
I know that the follow up shows it is in his account but indeed he didn’t received

@Sara1663 If the receiver uses Trust wallet also, can you ask that they reimport their wallet ?
He reimported too. But nothing changed.
Every steps including update trust wallet, install on other device, reimporting…
@Sara1663 If they have added the token and it’s not shown, they can try to switch their internet connection and reimport again.
Hello Trust wallet team hope you guys are doing well, can you solve my problem, actually my problem is that I had total 30226 TXG tokens which I hold in trust wallet for a long time. Until yesterday I checked if my txg tokens were full but the day txg company burned 127000+ txg 15 thousand out of my total 30226 txg. txg is missing which is showing remaining 15226 txg please solve my problem
