The last three times bitcoin has passed 10,000 it has fallen below by a large percent. I believe it was almost 68% the first time but was halved to about 32% the time after. I think that if it will drop below 10,000 it should build enough momentum to rocket out of it and may not dip below 10,000 again.
This is just my opinion
