Omi tokens missing

I opened trust wallet on a new phone reentered my seed phrase and my omi balance is showing as zero. I had 185,000. Please help me recover them

It won’t let me embed any media so I can’t send screenshots but the ecomi wallet address I sent the omi to on trust wallet was:
0x5991009e64731332607c6037652855491C1191b4
The tx hash was:
0xa31215486d6369f6ba49bf47d455f29fbd06d3746bfedfd2e6f71693e2345acc

I sent 185,159.791914 omi tokens on 4/25/21 and they were in my wallet until recently when I got this new phone and checked. My other assets are still there

The new ecomi address trust wallet is giving me is totally different

Hi I am having the same problem, I was using Pancakeswap and it swapped my tokens but sent it to the wrong address. Can you help?

Same problem here, SHIB has been missing for a week, my whole balance disappeared without a trace

Ive lost my Omi, please help!

1.App Version 5.9

2.Crypto Wallet Address - 0x8cF0E8B2d112eF6B44DD7c53D0b74a341f9d552b

  1. 0x70b0ed4e2bcc5ed022b5b4d2f26a11df780d33be97fa78ae257076004f5cc07d (link to transaction GoChain)

  2. In 06 August 2021 I transferred Omi coin into my Trust Wallet account the funds came from: 0x8cF0E8B2d112eF6B44DD7c53D0b74a341f9d552b

On 26 January 2022 I transferred my Omi coin back to my bitforex account using the address it came from (0x8cF0E8B2d112eF6B44DD7c53D0b74a341f9d552b)

But I am yet to receive my Omi Coin in my Bitforex account

Please advise where this has gone to and is there any way of retrieving this back?

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated, Ive contacted them and they are telling me the addess doesnt belong to them, even though the funds were sent from that address from them to me…looks like its going tobe a merry go round

@Hityo If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
