hello
yesterday i sent $500 USDT TRC20 to an address with the same TRC20. i double checked the address three times before sending. the message says confirmed a few minutes later. however, the recipient says they did not receive it. i trust recipient. has any one encountered this? can someone look into this as it still has not arrived
hello Tobi, what do i need to check to see if transaction was successful. also, on my browser extension is shows $500 USDT sent. on tronscan it shows 0.005. has that got anything to do with it? the address was the address he gave to me
@finest1 The amount shown on the explorer is correct as the explorer is always correct.
You may probably have a fake token in your wallet if the value do not correspond that of the explorer.
i spoke to the vendor. the vendor DID receive something but not what i sent. so this tells me that addresses were correct and block chain was fine. so the issue is. i sent $500 USDT and he received 5cents!! so now we know this information, how do we fix this?
I sent ETH yesterday from my Coinbase Wallet address to my new Trust Wallet address. After checking the history in Trust wallet it shows that the funds landed in my trust wallet address then immediately were sent to an unknown address . My funds are now gone and I have no idea how this could happen.
The transaction Hash is : 0x6be19de30c4eedd80dbfb9d439075766329c87f745c5cf6a5e3242b8b9b90295
@Pikey100 If your tokens were sent out without your authorization, then your wallet is compromised and you need to stop using it immediately and create a new one.
Here are some possible reasons on how it could have been compromised:
Hello trust
I can’t find my Solana funds in my wallet
Just wake up this morning to do few transaction but it unbelievable my Solana is not in my wallet and no transaction history…
please can I go about this
@2571 If you sent to a wrong wallet, your funds may be lost forever as Trust wallet has no way to refund, cancel or return confirmed transactions on the blockchain.
Hello. Please I send a token to my trust wallet. It has been confirmed from the sender wallet(MEXC) and on the blockchain too. And I checked my receiving address too. It’s correct and the balance shows in the blockchain network but not in my trust wallet. What can I do?
Hi Tobi,
I transfered my trust wallet from my phone to my browser and followed the instructions to the letter, however once the transfer was completed there was no funds in my account, thought it may just be a delay but its still not there.
Here is the transaction hash for the SHIB 0xf6bf47462a6e8a38f881e7edfb5b786adf0a9f10473a1b71bc739ce2bf921991
Here is the transaction has for BTC c4f7764e26d2e23ec8a76595857795963a9a4549febee24721c1b3459c46cb71
Please advise as this was done on your website and not through a link so donts see how it can be a scam.
Thanks for getting back so swiftly, the funds are still not in my account and i dont know where they have been transfered to. There was no link like as in a link that came with email or such. What im saying is i went onto the trustwallet site and downloaded the chrome extension, then it asked me if i wanted to import my wallet, so i clicked on that and entered my passkey and then it was done, at which point i received notification from my phone that the account was empty and the SHIB and BTC had been transfered, however not to my extension account? I hope this makes sense. Thanks
@Shadow75 It seems you have entered your recovery words on that “link” which is most likely fake and hence your wallet was compromised.
It’s best to stop using that wallet immediately and create a new one.
