Please be informed that you cannot cancel nor speed up the transaction using the app. You have to wait for the Dogecoin miners to confirm your transaction. It may take a lot of time if your network fee is low. If it is still pending for a long time (weeks-months), the network will automatically drop and cancel your tx.
any suggestion how i can change my network fee for that transaction?
As stated earlier, you cannot change your network fee (speed up) for that transaction using the app.

just wait for around 14 days, it will back to your trustwallet. that’s based on my experience
