Pending on Dogecount

I have the same problem many Trust Wallet users have when sending Dogecoins…

Transaction pending status
No transaction ID
When I click on see more details about the transaction I get error 404

All above is just common error on Trust Wallet when sending with low fees, but in my case I sent 4900 Dogecoins to my Binance wallet and payed 53 Dogecoins fee so there is no way my transaction is pending because of low fees…

Using Trust Waller version 5.11 (5188)
Device: Iphone 11
Wallet address DDTafKbaCT2KCY2QSYTnTQJs3iEknRqTj1
No transaction ID just pending

This is unacceptable, more like Untrust Wallet …

Any help ?
We are talking about 500 USD
I sent today 1400 Dogecoins to the same Binance wallet paying 51 DOGE fee and it worked but when sending 4900 it just got somewhere… Pending

To better assist, please provide us the following information:

  1. Screenshot of the Trust Wallet app version (even though you already stated it, please comply - open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors)
  3. Video recording of the issue (you can upload it via Google drive then share the viewing link here)

I recommend everybody not to use Trustwallet for Dogecoin because many people is having problems and loosing money.

How can I record a video of my Iphone using my own Iphone? I think all screenshots I sent should work to understand the problem is in Trustwallet because I am not paying a low fee like others and a LOT of people is complaining the same problem in Reddit

I found right now another problem with Trustwallet. In Trustwallet a Dogecoin is 0.61 but on Binance (I trust more Binance) one Dogecoin is 0.73.

It seems like in someway Trustwallet for Dogecoin is outdated

I solved the problem myself, and I would like people having the same problem to ready this so they can get their money back.

Download the wallet Coinomi and import your Trustwallet to Coinomi using the pass phrase, bingo.

Don’t mislead people. For a pending transaction, it’s not possible to lose money. You are still in control of your assets.
