Hi I have received payment of 0.05eth on 12th June from unocoin wallet but still the payment is not credited in my account . And iam asking unocoin Customer care they are replied the payment is send from our side u ask trust wallet Customer care and they are given the proof of hash no.please resolve the issue

Can you provide a transaction ID for this ETH transfer?
I was reviewing Etherscan and only saw an incoming transaction on 6/13.
