I have transferred money to my trust wallet twice, but both times my money was withdrawn from the trust wallet and transferred to someone else’s account. Can anyone help me to get the money back to my account?
@Zahir9696zahir If there are unauthorized transactions on your wallet, then it is most likely compromised and you need to stop using it immediately and create a new wallet.
Here are some possible reasons why your wallet is also compromised:
Please ensure you observe good security measures going forward.
Sir, what should I do and what should be done for me, can I get over the lost money, meaning I can’t get it back?
This seems like a common issue with Trust Wallet. I was looking for an answer here and there are many other people facing the same issue without any solution. I purchased BNB smart chain using my credit card and sent it to my Trust Wallet. Within few minutes, BNB was transferred out of my wallet without my authorisation. Few days later, I sent more BNB smart chain from my bybit exchange wallet to the same Trust Wallet, and the same thing happen. Within minutes, my wallet was clean out of all the BNB. Both these transfers went to the same address when I checked the transaction hash at BSCscan. I no longer think its a phishing scam. This could be a insider job since there are others having the exact same issue. This is scary because you can get rob of your money in these wallets. I hope I am wrong and the Trust Wallet Support team can recover my BNB. I am waiting for Trust Wallet Support to response and if they do and able to resolve this issue and recover my BNB, I will come back here to repost for everyone to acknowledge otherwise going forward this Trust Wallet is having a trust deficit issue
@richardtang There are couple reasons why your wallet is compromised:
It’s best to delete that wallet as it’s compromised and create a new one.
Hello everyone… when I create my trust wallet account then I didn’t save my phrase word… And I lost my mobile
Now I am not able to recover my old account in my new mobile
Can anyone help is this situation
@RajeshwarSingh7 Unfortunately no one can help with recovering your wallet.
You need to find your recovery words as that’s the only way to access your wallet.
So it is possible that I use my old trust account wallet address
To new account
Bcoz I used old wallet address in one airdrop application and my coin transfer my old trust wallet…
Can I use old wallet address in new account it is possible
Please i need help to revise my money, i mistakenly withdraw eth from my binance to trust wallet with bsc , The Ethereum
Binance-Peg ETH
What should i do to change the (network bsc) bnb smart chain ( BEP20) to ethereum ERC20. I mistakenly withdraw eth from my binance to my trust wallet with bsc. Please i need help to retrieve my ETH back please
@christ82P Your ETH is still same but just on a separate chain, if you still want to convert to the ERC20 network, you can do that in the swap tab on your Trust app or send back to Binance and withdraw as ERC20 ETH.
When I sent 31,983 USDT from Trustwallet to Bybit on BSC chain, I received 0.003198 USDT back in Trustwallet? Is this return of network fee created by Trustwallet or is this phising scam?
@cutedge Please beware as it’s a dust attack, you can simply ignore it.
Those dust attacks have address to mimic the one you sent to so always ensure you do not copy address from your transaction history.
Hey Tobi- hope you are well man. I tried submitting a new topic, but the scope may have been a bit too narrow
- my wallet is compromised via the 12 word seed. I am aware that the ETH that was taken is non-recoverable, but there are claimed presale tokens still in the wallet. I am seeking advice on securing the tokens before the company launches, as I believe at that point they might be transferable & the person who got into my wallet could then move them. I submitted a ticket a couple of weeks ago, got an automated response a week ago, but am afraid this could be somewhat time sensitive.
A little more context here- I did create a new wallet, tried and failed at transferring the claimed presale token. The eth I put in for gas was also quickly taken out by the person in the acct. I feel a little cornered in that department
Any advice you have is greatly appreciated!!
@brentj84 Unfortunately there is no help I can offer nor Trust wallet.
You would just need to send the tokens out faster if possible.
Thank you for your response
I tried to transfer again:
I seemed to be ahead of the person in an attempt to swap wallets, but the transaction failed… possibly due to the tokens being non-transferable in their unlisted state?
The ETH I used for gas vanished again soon after
To clarify, Trust Wallet does not offer any type of security or service where I might be able to have the wallet “frozen” in an attempt to verify my identity and move or protect assets?
@brentj84 No not at all unfortunately because Trust wallet is decentralized meaning you have 100% control over your wallet or in this case someone with your recovery keys.
