@RajeshwarSingh7 Unfortunately no one can help with recovering your wallet.
You need to find your recovery words as that’s the only way to access your wallet.

Please i need help to revise my money, i mistakenly withdraw eth from my binance to trust wallet with bsc , The Ethereum
Binance-Peg ETH

@christ82P You can add the Binance pegged Ethereum manually.
Please see this:

What should i do to change the (network bsc) bnb smart chain ( BEP20) to ethereum ERC20. I mistakenly withdraw eth from my binance to my trust wallet with bsc. Please i need help to retrieve my ETH back please

@christ82P Your ETH is still same but just on a separate chain, if you still want to convert to the ERC20 network, you can do that in the swap tab on your Trust app or send back to Binance and withdraw as ERC20 ETH.

When I sent 31,983 USDT from Trustwallet to Bybit on BSC chain, I received 0.003198 USDT back in Trustwallet? Is this return of network fee created by Trustwallet or is this phising scam?

@cutedge Please beware as it’s a dust attack, you can simply ignore it.
Those dust attacks have address to mimic the one you sent to so always ensure you do not copy address from your transaction history.

Hey Tobi- hope you are well man. I tried submitting a new topic, but the scope may have been a bit too narrow

  • my wallet is compromised via the 12 word seed. I am aware that the ETH that was taken is non-recoverable, but there are claimed presale tokens still in the wallet. I am seeking advice on securing the tokens before the company launches, as I believe at that point they might be transferable & the person who got into my wallet could then move them. I submitted a ticket a couple of weeks ago, got an automated response a week ago, but am afraid this could be somewhat time sensitive.

A little more context here- I did create a new wallet, tried and failed at transferring the claimed presale token. The eth I put in for gas was also quickly taken out by the person in the acct. I feel a little cornered in that department

Any advice you have is greatly appreciated!!

@brentj84 Unfortunately there is no help I can offer nor Trust wallet.
You would just need to send the tokens out faster if possible.

Thank you for your response

I tried to transfer again:

I seemed to be ahead of the person in an attempt to swap wallets, but the transaction failed… possibly due to the tokens being non-transferable in their unlisted state?

The ETH I used for gas vanished again soon after

To clarify, Trust Wallet does not offer any type of security or service where I might be able to have the wallet “frozen” in an attempt to verify my identity and move or protect assets?

@brentj84 No not at all unfortunately because Trust wallet is decentralized meaning you have 100% control over your wallet or in this case someone with your recovery keys.

Is this email address official trust wallet address or it is fake

@milankrag That’s a scam address.
Only official email is [email protected]

Help Needed: Missing Funds After Transfer from Binance to Trust Wallet.

Hello,

I recently transferred some DOT (Polkadot) from my Binance account to my Trust Wallet.

The transaction shows as completed on the blockchain, but the funds are not showing up in my Trust Wallet.

Here are the details:

. Coin/Token: DOT (Polkadot)

. Network Used: STATEMINT

. Transaction ID (Hash): (0x0984bd6a6efbb4a0eebaa47c546492aa71e0ab71572907b2361ed610e6a3482b)

Could you guide me on how to recover my funds or what steps to take?

Thank you for your assistance!

@silent_hell You’d need to reach out to the Polkadot support team to help regarding this.

I think you need to contact Polkadot team ASAP. You need to choose a problem-solving direction by referring to their opinions.

Unfortunately that’s how crypto works. It has it’s downsides. That being said, it seems very odd that someone hacked into your account as Wallets are usually quite safe.
