I am encountering same problem, what can I do? I have been stranded, I kept my upkeep money there , now I can’t access it again. It kept saying error

I did backup but not with a phrase but I did the iCloud backup with my iPhone but it won’t let me login into my wallet but it’s allowing me to fill the necessary credentials but the last part to load the wallet it would go back
