As soon as you create a new wallet, you are advised to backup your recovery phrase.
We have no way to recover your phrases.

I’m sorry for both of you but i don’t think there is a way to claim back lost wallets if you don’t have phrases saved

Very bad… That’s a big downside of this kind of technology. You must keep your recovery phrases in safe place!
