Please becareful with your phone or inputting your pin when transacting in front of people you are familiar with, and open another wallet and transfer all your assets there and keep your recovery phrase safe. @Stepheng232
People have been warned so many times to secure their seed phrase, don’t keep it on emails or massages box that can be easily hacked, do it old version way write it down and keep safe and always use passcode, create another wallet and follow this steps. So sorry for your loss.

On a second thought. I have to ask apart from keeping your phrase safe, did you connect your address to any of these scam smart contract MLM sites?
If you did, you have to move your funds to another wallet.
Most of these sites perform auto send. So be careful.
