Polkadot is present on wallet but not on DEX/ Swap

I sent Polkadot from my Abra Wallet to ny Trust wallet. Received it but I can’t swap coins because it says that I have zero Polkadot.

Same here with BCH, received from Binance , I see my BCH in Trust wallet but cannot send/ swap it, need help please
