I have received several emails from third parties saying KYC has not been activated on my wallet and all assets will be frozen. I assume, naturally, that this is a scam but when I contacted support the reply was blank other than saying ticket closed.
One email address is [email protected] and there are others, this one is very persistent!
I have never replied to verify my details.

That is a scam, do not respond to such emails.
Trust wallet requires no verification.
