Problems with transaction

Hello

I have a problems with two transactions that i ve done today

  1. i ve sold today am.amount of hungry bear token to bnb token. This bnb token until now it never credit my trust wallet.

2)the second problem is also related to a transaction made today. I exchanged 100,000,000 safemars tokens into bnb tokens. these bnb tokens have not yet entered the trust wallet. more it took me about $ 80 from smart chain bnb tokens

I had a similar issue also with my pirate moon coin, during the swap an error occurred and now I can’t see my pirate token, I tried all the procedure from deleting cache, deleting data, reinstall the application, use a different phone, use a different network, still the same
