Purchased bnb not arrived

Adding as a custom token also is not working. I’ve done this for two teams that are confirmed but show as zero on the custom token added. Please assist.

I’ve purchased BNB on trust wallet, the funds have come out of my account but nothing sent to Trust. Can you assist? Thanks
