Hi Alan, I made 2 purchase transaction of evergrowcoin EGC via my Trust wallet account (BNB smart chain) the second I received it in Trust wallet but the first I still have not received it while they confirmed to me that the transfer was successful. For 2 days I’ve been on this but I don’t know what to do

- I cannot see on my trust wallet the evergrowcoin EGC coins that I transferred via Bscscan, however the amount came out the transaction carried out but the EGC coins did not arrive in my trust wallet
You sent your BNB directly to Evergrow token’s contract address and didn’t make a swap.
The only swap you made was for 0.2BNB and you received the tokens in your wallet.
Unfortunately, funds sent to a contract address are most likely considered lost.
