Really need help! Coins gone

Hello,

I’m new on trustwallet and wanted to buy a new coin today but I did it completely wrong! I wanted to trade my fine coin to another new coin. I did this by clicking on fine and then send. At the address I pased the contract number from the new coin I wanted to buy. But I needed to do that in pancake swap… now my coins are completely gone is there anyway I can get them back???

Pls help me
