Sent to trust wallet.
I added “NRGT” to trustwallet, but the balance remains 0. Maybe a different chain?
Is there a way to get it out?

Ngrt is a token from ethereum network. Is NRG token from eth network too? Or is it a different network?
The official reply is that trustwallet is not supported. It’s not erc20.
I was shocked to know it.
But import the trust private key into the official NRG wallet.
Then, it seems to be solved somehow.
The symbol was sent on the Ethereum or Tron network
