Recipient did not receive bitcoin

Hello can someone help i sent bitcoin to my usual address but recipient has not received it even though it is saying the transaction is complete and confirmed on blockchain but the recipient history does not show received what do i do?

Thats the problem its not showing recieved on his end or on his history

You can suggest the receiver to check their history on the blockchain explorer.
