Hello All,
I have an issue recovering my wallet from my recovery phrases. I have used my recovery phrases in the past multiple times successfully whenever I changed my mobile phone before.
Around March this year, I couldn’t load the app for a couple weeks, so I reinstalled the app. After reinstalling the app I used my recovery phrases but this time my wallet address changed (adding a new wallet using recovery phrases) and I lost access to my previous wallet and tokens.
I can use my previous wallet address to add as a view-only wallet on the trust wallet app and I can see my tokens there. Does anyone know what the issue is?
Lastly, I’m trying to submit a ticket on the support page but I can not find where that is, can anyone suggest where I can find it?
