Dear trust wallet family,
İ had 30 Ada in my trust wallet and i wrote my recovery phrase down. İ bought a new telephone and deleted trust in the older one. İ set up trust wallet in my new phone, entered the recovery phrase and opened it, but funds were lost(!) 30 Ada gone (!) How is that possible?

Hello @Alidur07 Send your wallet address and transaction hash in plain text too (copy and paste here).
When u check the address in block explorer, is the ada still there? Thats should confirm
How do I send my wallet address here? And how come you ask for the recovery phrase? İ thought not even trust wallet does that? Are you really with the trust team?
İ don’t know how to do that, I’m new to this and funds lost with phone change, can u believe
