I want to revoke permissions, but there is no Dapp tab in my wallet. My wallet is up to date on iphone. Anyone know what to do?

Anyone know how to revoke without the crazy eth gas fees? I’m worried that my wallet is about to be compromised

Same issue here. On the ETH network, they want insane ETH gas. On the BSC network, the gas is negligible, but they keep reappearing. This is super frustrating.
