Safemoon balance missing when importing my wallet to trust wallet! Help!

So I downloaded trust wallet on a new phone, used my phrase to get my wallet but it says all my balances are 0. I had around 130 million safemoon! What can I do?!?

Hello did you check if the address you had safemoon on matches your current address.
If it doesn’t then you have used a phrase for another wallet.

Yes I used the correct phrase, I only had one phrase. What else can we do?

You can check BIP39 - Mnemonic Code to derive the addresses attached to your address, if it isn’t there then your recovery keys is not for the wallet you have funds on

I’m not sure how to do that can you explain? Do i add my 12 word phrase there or something else?

I only own safemoon, so yes nothing is showing. SafeMoon is the only coin I currently hold (:

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Please am having serious issue with my wallet… My phone crashed so i did factory set… After which i install trust wallet and recovered my account/wallet everything is gone… Safemoon, freecoin, bnb… Plz i need hlp

Having a similar Issue with Safemoon….

Someone Transferred my coins out at 2 am and I’m not sure why…

No one has my passcode. So makes no sense…

@ArtyB3 Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

Never sent my phrase to anyone… Just bought Safemoon on PancakeSwap and disconnected when I was done.

3 days later all gone. Along with other coins…
