Send BNB from trust wallet to Indodax but put wrong Memo

Hi, kindly need support i have send BNB from bnb1c5dd8dl288cmtck2hy9slsuh8w7up7h9eakg85 to Indodax account “bnb1udq3s2yn2q7mq5mlpkrj98uj58s7dujmjrj7nw” but i put wrong memo.

You need to contact the customer support of Indodax so they can assist you with the deposit issue.

I have the same problem but with Binance.
I send BNB from trust wallet to binance. I put address corect but the memo I failed.
I lost my money?
