Send token on wrong network (send bep20 token in Eth address)

Hi there
Hi @Alan47 (It’s not me this time :innocent: it’s my friend problem)
He send amount of 26,529,003.53 Shiba Inu token Bep20 (bsc) from his own trustwallet to his account in kucoin (wrong network address Eth);
We submit a ticket on kucoin, they respond:
“… some chains are not supported by KuCoin, such as the Bep20 chain for this token, thus your deposit can’t be credited to your KuCoin account. We’re truly sorry to inform you that we’re unable to handle the issue for you since it has been stuck in the blockchain. Truly sorry for your loss …”

I know it is out of trust wallet territory but is there any chance? Or he should wait until kucoin get to support Bep20 network then looking for support in future?
Kind regards

hello @amione If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
