I’ve got the same problem. Have you got it sorted? If so how? I tried to deposit XCAD into my KuCoin wallet but didn’t realise they don’t accept BEP20 and now I’ve lost it.

I was trying to withdraw my XCAD from trust wallet and deposit it in KuCoin but didn’t realise KuCoin don’t accept BEP20 yet. Anyway I can get this back?
@abrowne781 your tokens transferred successfully for Trust Wallet to your destination address. Please contact the customer support of KuCoin so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
