Sent BNB but the app is showing 0

URGENT!!! Looking for TrustWallet official answer…

We sent 𝟬,𝟮𝟳𝟭𝟴𝟯𝟬𝟬𝟳 𝗕𝗡𝗕 from #Indodax to #TrustWallet but still shown 𝟬 𝗕𝗡𝗕 on the wallet. #𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁, 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁? Looking for

To better assist, please provide us the following information:

Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
BNB wallet address (please press BNB, select receive, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

Please use WiFi instead of mobile data. Then, refresh your balance again. If it still won’t appear, use a VPN as well.

Problem solved with VPN (…using SuperVPN app from Google Store).

You must create a new thread for this to make more easy to use TrustWallet for new users (newbie) like us.
