I’ve been waiting for the last 2 hours for my payment to be received from trust wallet to my luno account.

I have this same problem can anyone help please? I sent bnb smart chain straight into my ethereum luno wallet but The funds are yet to appear in the luno wallet???

Hi @Mohammedh786,

You need to contact the customer support of Luno so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Be careful next time and triple-check things first before transacting.
