Hello, I’ve been working on an issue with you guys about crypto sent to a wrong address. I sent BNB ARC20 from a personal wallet to a BNB BEP-20 address on trust wallet. Is it possible to recover or reverse these funds on the Avalanche network? I thought it was BNB ERC20 but was wrong. I added the AVAX BEP20 token and it still isn’t showing up.
To better assist, please send the following information:
-
Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
-
Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)
-
Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
-
Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)
Hello @eerico18 Send your wallet address and transaction hash in plain text too (copy and paste here).

Any update on what’s going. I’d appreciate something as I’m open to all options.
@eerico18, Please try to add it as custom token. Here are the steps that you can do to manually add the token: How to Add a Custom Token
