Hey guys … I sent ETH to shakepay ( Canadá) … i spoke with them but for some reason they are not able to see my withdrawal. I was wondering if you guys have an idea what to do … thanks

I sent peg ethereum binance to my Shakepay wallet and Shakepay does not accept Bep20 and this wallet does not have a recovery key or phrase code I have no solution to recover the

Hello @manu1900 unfortunately, confirmed transactions can’t be reversed or cancelled. Please contact the customer support of ShakePay so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
