I am the sender and the receiver, I’ve sent ETH BEP20 to my coinhako (token/erc20) but didn’t receive over there. Pls help 
Hello @maoue, it seems you have sent BEP20 ETH to an ERC20 address.
Please contact the customer support of Coinhako so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

Okay thank you, they have confirmed that it is irretrievable sadly Can you advice a way to swap BEP20 to ERC20? I cannot access binance (not avail in country). Thank you for your assistance

You need to find an exchange that you can use to swap BEP20 ETH to ERC20 ETH as Ethereum crosschain swaps is not available in the Trust app.
