Sent LUNC from my kucoin to trustwallet

PLEASE HELP
I sent LUNC from my kucoin to trustwallet… I have not seen it. I messaged the kucoin customer service, I was told to get in touch with trustwallet customer service cos the transaction has already succeeded from their app. Please what am I going to do
