Unfortunately, if the transaction is successful, your cryptos are already sent to their wallet. Contact their customer support and see if they can still retrieve it for you. Else, you may consider it as lost.

I put usdt adress to trustwallet and i contacted to bitforex customer service. They say that they dont have busdt coins only usdt. So they dont support busdt. I dont now then where that money is went? How its succeed when it was wrong adress.

It’s not a wrong address, rather a wrong network. You likely sent BUSDT (BEP20) to their USDT (ERC20) address, which should not be done at all.

Yes. Bitforex is the only one who can help you with that. If they are not willing to credit your account or recover the cryptos, then, unfortunately, you may consider your cryptos as lost.
