Hi @RI10,
To better assist, please provide us the following information:

Your address didn’t receive any cryptos yet. Check here: Ontology Blockchain Explorer & Trust Verifier
Also, this transaction hash is not valid. Where did you get this?
Looks like you sent ONT (NEP5) tokens to a NEO address, not Ontology.
To recover your ONT (NEP5) tokens, please do the following:
- Get your recovery phrase from Trust Wallet
- Install Cyano wallet (Cyano Wallet - Chrome Web Store) [You need to use a desktop or laptop]
- After installing, open it and select restore account
- Enter the recovery phrase that you got from the Trust Wallet app and enter your desired password
- Ignore the NEO compatible tickbox (do not check it)
- Select restore
- Get the private key (WIF format)
- Go to Wallet - NEO Tracker
- Choose private key
- Enter the private key (the WIF format that we got earlier)
P.S. Please do not share your recovery phrase with someone else. Only follow the links that I strictly recommended as I have done this and verified that it already works.

Many thanks. I return ONT to my NEO wallet. Transfer procedures isn’t easy for normal user.
